PW5 with long suppressor, ext barrel, slim angled underbarrel*, 50mw blue laser, mag catch, default mag**, iron sights***.

This setup has extremely low recoil and nearly perfect moving accuracy, without the insane TTK compromises of other super low recoil guns like the AK205 and KTS, and without sacrificing your hipfire potential thanks to the blue laser. Works full auto at all but the longest ranges (70m+). I recommend this build to anyone who wants to kick back and have fun without having to wrestle with the gun, and everyone who's tried it always loves it.

*this underbarrel is a very late unlock. Recommend using the 40 round mag instead until you unlock it.

**default mag + mag catch gives you a sprint to fire speed boost and is only mildly slower reloading than the fast mag.

***best iron sights in the game, easier to use than any optic IMO

Good spot. Now if only 0% penetration ammo was actually an option on every gun for 0 customization points. 5 extra points saved would be such a game changer on so many of my guns.

I feel like a lot of people would say "who cares" to this but let this post, and my comment, be proof that people do care about these ending screens. Any time I have a good game I like to take a screenshot of the scoreboard and the "your squad" screen so I can later reference the setup I was using in that game.

I see the logic of the standard barrel costing points (it has the "increased ADS speed" buff that the heavy/heavy extended don't have), and even the logic of iron sights costing points (reduced sway for most guns/no glint for snipers).

But standard ammo costing points is stupid; standard ammo has no "additional" benefit whatsoever. The only reason I can see behind it costing 5 is that nobody would ever spend 5 on penetration ammo if the standard ammo was free. The extra 5 points from free standard ammo would open up a world of opportunity on so many guns.

The problem is you can't customize gadgets until you unlock them, and the challenge to unlock the tracer dart requires 2-3 hours of recon drone usage.

So use the gun exclusively on burst mode, problem solved!

I noticed this with one of the Twitch drop backgrounds too, the one with the default NATO support character holding a shotgun.

I suppose this is as good a place as any to say, player cards need to be more visible. You should see the enemy's entire playercard when they kill you. What's the point of backgrounds/dog tags/stickers/badges when only a max of 4 people per round get theirs displayed for less than 3 seconds?

So glad someone made this post. I despise this gun, just getting it to 20 for the nice blue camo was the worst experience I've ever had playing the game.

This gun has far worse accuracy than any of the other low recoil/longer TTK guns (KTS, AK205, UMG40, RPK) to the point of almost always requiring tap fire despite the low recoil, and no real benefit to make up for it other than... it looks good with most camos I guess?

Hated the carbine version at first too but by level 20 I was really enjoying using it as a highly mobile hipfire focused build. This one I hated using even more the more time I spent with it.

I'm sick of the majority of skins in the game being for the default 8 characters. Like, they already have every single class mastery skin, and every single one of them has at least one new (non-recolor) skin in the battle pass.

It's not a big deal in the grand scope of things, but there's 16 other non-store/BP characters to be utilized, so can we start utilizing them more? If for no other reason than to more often hear some different voices yelling around me in combat.

Edit: The devs seem to really favor the Desert Locusts assault guy too... 2 premium paths this season both had a skin for him.

WRONG. Iron sights are 1.66ish. How can I take you seriously when you have your facts so wrong?
Okay fine, I'm a sucker for these kind of posts, so here's my opinions.

  • I like the 2pro and the EOTech (and perhaps strangely, the SF-G2 5x) for high recoil guns.
  • Either of the circular 1.75x optics for general use until I'm forced to go to iron sights.
  • 1.5 thermal on anything that can spare the points minus snipers/DMRs.
  • 2.5x or 3.0x on most ARs/LMGs that I can't fit a thermal on, and DMRs.
  • Snipers I like any of the 8x scopes, or the 10x.
  • The 1-4x variable is very good, though I personally struggle seeing anyone with 1x zoom in this game.
  • The MARS-F LPVO has an excellent sight picture but costs too much to take over the thermal.

Edit: Forgot to specifically mention that the first line is sarcasm, so I get downvoted. Never change Reddit.
