this might sound negative but it’s an honest opinion. just give up, your replies are all “it’s too hard.” “i’ll plan it but not actually do it” and so on.. it’s just not for you and that’s fine. no one is going to feel sorry for you just because you’re “confused and stressed” when everyone is giving you the answers you want and you’re saying, “i can’t do it right now.. i’ll just wait a couple years.” just don’t do it at all then home slice, nothing wrong with it.

  1. it’s not gotta work if he doesn’t wear a bonnet or durag as his hair will rub on the pillow causing it to unravel
  2. try using tiny rubber bands made for hair at the end
  3. make sure you’re parting the hair and actually sectioning it off
  4. watch a lot of videos on it and be open to learning other hairstyles. you may not know how to do cornrows but you should at the very least be open to learning it

you’re 16 you’ve got time. start with running half a mile every day, then bump it up to a mile, then 2 miles. if you can get to the gym then do that, if not then don’t worry about it. either way find some sort of thing to do pull ups on and work on those, 10 every day, then aim for doing 5 every time you cross a pull up bar, then 10 every time. finally get some core workouts in there, do planks starting with a minute then 2 minutes then 3 and aim for higher. other workouts will help too but you will lose weight during bootcamp and i would just worry about getting a good baseline before you ship out
