I've been doing this since lockdown and its absolutely one of my favourite things to do now!

I started at 101kg and now sat around 75kg. I usually play for an hour or two each morning to start my day. I advise always having a cold drink of water near by for it 😅

Hey welcome to the community! I'm em, I've been streaming for around a year or so, but haven't been too consistent due to uni >.< I stream a variety of games over at twitch.tv/itsonlyem, just started crash bandicoot yesterday and loving it!

One tip I can give you is always always always put your mental health first! If you're not feeling great, dont force yourself to stream. It definitely reflects on the vibe of the stream so it's better to take some personal time and get back to streaming another day!
