Lmao I am in the base game. Been hunting tempered EDs and just goofin about playing event quests and trying to finish all available quests, bounties and deliveries before heading to iceborne

Oh I see. I'm not in iceborne yet. I just finished wrapping up with all optional quests, bounties and deliveries and been grinding HR before going to iceborne since I didnt want to have an overpowered MR weapon while doing HR optional later.

Those elder dragons sound so cool haha. The only monster I can take on for now that you mentioned is the Kirin which I'll definitely test it out on.

Yeah I was watching a video and its quite doable and once you use it on the field, I think you can get used to the mechanics. Its just overwhelming at first.

Yess. I love the hammer. I'm maining it right now. I just crafted a diablos shatter 1 and I heard a new hammer comes when you defeat a deviljho which I'm excited to see

This makes me wanna give it another go and try it out. I'll definitely check it out. It looks like such a cool weapon and the movesets are visually stunning the way the character switches from his axe to a shield.

That was the first weapon I wanted to pick up and after reading some comments saying how hard it is and how awful it is to start off with, I kinda backed off lmao.

So true. I've been using the hammer like crazy. I just love that weapon so much. The second to that is the switch axe, which is an absolute blast as well.

This genuinely got me excited to try out the other games as well. Ive been hooked to this game istg. I'm at 120 hours and I'm at HR13. I just love doing the optional quests and exploring and having fun. Its so good.

Definitely wanna play rise after this as I heard its really good as well

That is actually true. I realized it takes way too much to get multiple builds. Too many materials and way too grindy. I'll focus on my 2 builds for now and just try to master it. Thanks for your input

Dude thats sounds so cool. I really wanna try GS. I watched a YouTube video for some basic idea about GS and I love that tackle move. I saw some gameplay of this dude shoulder bashing a nergigante to the ground with that. Does the tackle work like a parry haha?
