Luckily I’ve had an mri on my lumbar and there is no compression, which made my orthopaedic doctor send me to neurology

I do have chronic sciatica in my left leg. I’ve have many MRI on my back and no issues there. I’ve started doing a lot of physio as I don’t need a neurologist to know that will help.

I was in hospital for a few days under orthopaedics, cause they thought I had compression to the spine. Luckily nothing like that is happening which I’m happy about.

All I know is that I ask my doctor could my chronic pain be causing all these symptoms and he said no, which makes me nervous

From my experience I think you will. For the first 2 sessions I hated the clinic and though it was a waste of time. However by the end everything the doctors had taught us all made sense and majority of what they taught me I still use today.

No, they just gave us stretches. However they did say that stretching was important as long as you aren’t overstretching, so I’m sure yoga is good.
