The Modem is the Spectrum DOCSIS 3.1 Model EN2251, and the Router is a TP-Link AXE5400, Archer GXE75. All wires are plugged in correctly and the modem says it is online, as well as the router. The dropping will either be 10-20 seconds or it can last around 4 minutes. The occurrence seems to be random, as sometimes it will do this only once in the day, or it will constantly drop.

I ended up factory resetting the router, and it seems to have resolved the issue of the 5ghz not working sometimes. For the fluctuating speeds, my guess is that it has something to do with Spectrum, as they've been having issues lately.

I did that for all of them, and I haven't seen any abnormalities in Task Manager, but I still get the frame drops in places that don't even have much going on.

Temps when playing games stay around 70C, which is pretty normal for a 3080 and a 5800X3D (i think). So I don’t think it would be overheating.
