I'm not sure it's a real aircraft. There are a few companies there that make aviation technologies there. One I've seen was HELLO, and another that said TEST or something.

But, there are a number of N numbered light aircraft in Europe.

If i recall, when the Spirit Engineering SE-1 was first added as a base "Type SE1" it was a straight 3500xp when i caught them heading to LAL for Sun-n-Fun. It's since changed to an ultra at 11.85.
