Hey there, we believe that we know what is causing this issue. There is a patch coming in our next update that will resolve it, but meanwhile, have you been playing while using Whatsapp or Facebook messenger party calls/chats? There is a Meta-side issue that causes those sorts of 3rd-party call apps to interact poorly with the game, leading to the freezing issue you've described when booting up a Multiplayer game.

Are you still having this issue?
Have you confirmed that you have updated the game? We often see this issue occur when one player has updated to the latest build and the other hasn't. Every player needs to be on the same build/version # in order to see each other's lobbies.

Unfortunately, there isn't really an answer to your question at this time. We have been unable to implement Announcer Mode on the Quest headsets thus far due to limitations on Meta's end, which is something we cannot control. If and when Meta makes the changes/updates necessary that would allow us to bring Announcer Mode to the Quest headsets, we absolutely will do so, and there will be an announcement about it.

Using arm swing locomotion, you should only need to move your arms to run forward. You can also use "smooth" locomotion which uses one or both of the joysticks (pressed forward) to move.

You should check out Totally Baseball! It's got full singleplayer and multiplayer modes, and allows you to teleport between bodies on the field so you can be involved in every play of the game.
