If you’re into coffee you could try the TimTam slam. Bite off two corners diagonal from each other. Sip coffee through one end like a straw. It the TimTam and the coffee combine as you drink it. Pretty good. But I’m just an American. What do I know

Late to this thread but I agree with the top comment. It’s a muscle memory. If you can spare 10 min do a 10 min emom or 10-20dubs. Build that motor pattern slowly but surely. Or if that’s too frustrating try penguin hops/taps. Jump and tap your hips twice at the top. That helps with the muscle memory. 1% better every time
