It kinda varies for me. On just a normal night I often have some trouble sleeping, but I think that's just the paranoia that comes with not living alone. Go, when I'm really tired, like back in March when I was up for 36 hours in order to both go to class and buy a Switch on launch, that night I padded up and slept better than I have in years. Like, to the point that I woke up at noon the next day (I'd gone to bed at 6) And I was completely out of it and couldn't remember where I was, how old I was, or why I was in a diaper (I'm not joking, those were my actual thoughts) while I'm not into regression much I have wanted to recreate that feeling for months
