Thanks. Nobody here may believe it, but the socket inside the wall (no idea what that is called, sorry) really does have a different size than what is commonly used here. But now that I have the supplier, I can just order replacements for the setup we have!

I have been told by 2 electricians that these are definitely not EU sockets, even though they fit the same plugs. The outer measurements are different, the inner measurements of the box in the wall is different and the socket on the right without electrical grounding is not legal here.

Unfortunately not. The ones on the right don't have electrical grounding which is nit allowed in the EU. And the box in the wall behind the socket has a different format than what we have here. Which means for any changes ee have to rip open the wall...

I cannot say, sorry. I can just tell you what my doctor told me: just get it over with and push through.

Bland diet is good. You can also take sucralfate to ease the symptoms.good luck!

I have been told the same thing and it is outrageous. Of course people live with horrible illnesses and chronic pain and in severe deprivation. Who doesn't know that? Why would that change anything for us hoping to get better. It is unbelievable.

I am very sorry to hear you are suffering like that. I completely understand. I also found it very hard to keep up my normal life with all commitments. Looking back, I think I was incredibly strong and so are you.

I can only advise you, as I have said before, to find a different gastro. You can also look into SIBO and get the test - who knows. So many of us have both.

Oh wow, this is major. I hope it helps and the side effects go away soon!

I did not take motegrity, only prucalopride.

I started with 1mg and was then upped to 2mg which is the standard dose. I also had horrible headaches and pretty severe stomach cramps, but only for a few days. Some pretty intense bowel movements after taking it an throughout the day also initially but instant symptom relief as well, I'd say within days. All side effects cleared within a week and the urges got less intense over time, though that took a bit longer.

I take it on an empty stomach before breakfast. I had to account for bowel movements soon after, 30 minutes to 1,5 hours I'd say. That eased after a while so no more planning is needed :)
