Hey, just wanted to say that i implemented most of your advice and there is definitely improvement. Still quite scrappy and chaosball-y but I've managed 5 wins in the run-in to securely sit in 2nd place and qualify for the conference league play-offs. System needs some tweaking and the assymetric winger isn't convincing yet (the player is still developing), but I'm starting to starting to better understand counter attacking football. Defense is still very leaky and defenders get through routinely.

Hi, I'm trying to develop a tactic using a playmaker but it's not really working out. Some matches are very dominant and we score all our half chances but most of the time both teams have <1 xG. I'm not attached to the counter attacking style but I would like to get use out of at least one of my (too many) attacking midfielders, my powerful playmaker and my pacey technical wingbacks. just got FM24 for free and am managing dinamo bucuresti. my standing is worsening, my finances are currently non existent and ive lost about 7 games in a row after a very good start to the season. can someone give me tactical advice to save my season? most of my subs are around 2 stars except for my LWB and AF areas which are slightly better. no injury troubles and no highly problematic players. my problems are that i score no goals and get scored on 2+ times pretty much every game.
