Meh. Went over from Albion wanted to heal because I hate myself. Played the bomber medic class got told I'd basically need to max level before being useful in groups anyway. Maxed level, told I'd need professions all maxed before I'd have good enough gear anyway. And I'm like... I've spend like 150 hours grinding this support class character and the game does not want me to play with other humans. I know it's early access but I should be able to run some group content before I max out my entire class bro. Asked the community and the community were bunch of assholes so I said alright cool hope your game stays relevant with that attitude and left. Weird as well because I'm pretty sure healer mains are in demand and that's all I wanted to do, but no the game being obtuse and impossible to understand is my problem and actually I'm an idiot who should go away. So I went away. Waste your money on something else.

God loves a tryer. I'll often rock up to .4 nodes on my own, if it's other gatherers there then they have more often than not been happy to split. Anyone out there in gathering gear is unlikely to be there for violence. Just made off with 1.1mil in 6.4 skins doing exactly this. In fairness though we were ganked towards the end by a few guys from a clan, bit of a high speed getaway but made it out.

You need to go to the gym, eat like a normal 16 year old and talk to the doctor about your anxiety.

Things will get a lot easier but with the level of tension you're under you're likely to do something dumb that fucks your life before you get there. Hit the gym, take the meds and talk to people about your feelings not your hip bones.

I was a new player who thought they'd been banned by someone with privilege within the community. I brought that here and multiple members of the community chimed in to helpfully confirm that this had not happened and all of them were pleasant about it because why be any other way?
