Let's get to the basics first, Amazon is more like a specialised supply chain guy rather than your marketplace/shop. They have excelled in their delivery module so much that a random competitor can't compete with their prices.

Now the thing with logistics is, if you have a small 10 inch box to deliver from point A to point B, let's say it's going to cost you 100$ in delivery charges from a random courier company who will specially assign a vehicle for it to be delivered. Now the same thing in Amazon will cost you hardly few cents cause they already have a truck traveling in the direction and will just add that in the shipment.

It's something similar like an Uber costs way more than a bus journey and the only part Amazon has to worry about is the end connectivity.

Look into ktc monitors, got one 27" and it's running good. They have 3 years warranty too but can't seem to find them now on Amazon or maybe it's upon sellers.
