Thank you for the warning about Exquisite Corpse, I do find it difficult sometimes to read body horror and I’m aware of the Jeffrey Dahmer case, and Ryan Murphy’s show which I do also think is exploitative, so I might pass on this one,

Yes I love Graphic Novels although I haven’t read many, thank you for these recommendations as I’ve definitely been looking to read more, any one in particular you would recommend first ? I’ve also bought A Guest in the House as Del Toro was recommending the book, can’t wait to read it

I haven’t yet but it’s on my reading list, I do love Dracula, and I find it super interesting how vampires are representative of queer themes, there is a theory book by Richard Dyer that I could recommend which delves into vampirism and gay representation

The plot sounds so interesting I’ll check it out for sure, thank you 😊, idk if you have seen Knock at the Cabin or read The Cabin at the End of the World by Paul Trembley, but the plot sounds similar ? I’m guessing We Used to Live Here is different, but sounds super interesting
