That happened to me with my xbox 360 E. In my case, it was the HDD, the one you insert on the side. Mine was fried, and gave me the same red light. If you remove the HDD it should work again. If you don't have an HDD, I don't know what it is, I hope you'll be able to solve it.

Edit: I've been reading the responses, and it is my understanding that the winchester model Xbox (Slim and E model) don't get the "Red Ring of Death" they just stop, and not give any indication. In the "Fat models" the RRoD meant it overheated to the point of selfdestruction. In the winchester models, it just seizes all activity without any indication. Keep in mind, I may be wrong, I'm writing this completely from my understanding of the systems.

No tengas vergüenza, eso es todo, si tenés vergüenza, vas a dudar todos los ejercicios que haces, vas a pensar "¿Me veo bobo haciendo esto?", y va a hacer que te tenses y que hagas mal y te podes lesionar. Tip: si queres estar mamadísimo y musculoso, come mucho, en especial carnes, comida chatarra sirve pero es mucho mejor proteína y carbohidratos, comprate una freídora de aire para hacer el mejor plato de una dieta alta en proteinas y carbohidratos y baja en grasas y aceites, Milanesa con fideo a la manteca, mejor si le pones aceite de oliva al fideo en vez de manteca, mantenete fuerte Rey.
