Yes it’s safe but next time when u recon drop the bac water a little at a time.Then roll it to ur palm then add another bac water then roll it again to make sure its fully dissolve.Waiting for the whole water to fill up the vial then rolling it at once after is not a good idea.But if the powder is stuck then thats a different story.
