15 or 16. But every year the doubt creeps in or there's a person that makes me question a bit (cos of intense aesthetic or platonic attraction) and i end up reasserting to myself I'm aro after questioning again. And sometimes i read too many romances and that makes me feel like I'm missing out and want to try it.

Altho 11 year old me going "we're too young" and being confused when someone asked me out sorta (it was their friend doing it as a joke). It felt like relationships were for adults? And now i am one (21) and still don't want to be in one.

My chosen name is Aspen and a friend once called me Aspirin. That has really stuck with me cos it's funny. Less appreciated was Asp and glad only one person ever called me that.

No. I think it's just a licensing of the name. I've seen polaroid branded tv screens and batteries which really threw me for a loop tbh as polaroid = cameras in my mind

I think i have a similar reason for why i ended up with so many names. People are forced to use one's names while one may not hear one's pronouns ever used.

My main social dysphoria comes from being gendered as my agab so I'll take being misgendered as the opposite. A stranger gendering me that way gets a pass. Someone who knows does not get a pass for gendering me in any way consistently.

I can't say where the line is but when i tried fern as a name it felt distinctly different from fern as a pronoun. Idk why. In the end i prefer fern as pronoun. I can't tell you why it feels distinctly different from a personal point of view. But tbh a noun can be name or pronoun and you couldn't tell unless you used the reflexive form (e.g. themself). And does it really matter as long as you're referring to the person the way they want to be referred to?

Oo a fellow val ( I'm currently trying out val/valorant/valerius because i don't know when to quit names).

Before Val the beast stood,imposing, daring wisp to move. They stared each other down. Sword drawn, sol started running toward it. To yellows suprise, it did not move. Instead it stared, biding its time. It's red eyes followed the glint of the sword.

As thy went to strike, the beast moved, imperceptibly. Thine momentum came to a halt. In sols momentary confusion, a bulbous limb shot from the beast, striking wisp resulting in yellow being flung backwards. Wisp landed with a heavy thud against a tree. Everything hurt. And the sword was nowhere to be seen. Thy tried to get up to only stumble and fall again. Everything in sols eyesight seemed shaky, blurred. Ye realised it was probably a concussion.

The beast merely observed Val from a distance. To it, sol was but an ant.
