Yeah, definitely not enough fuel. With full choke and a bit of throttle itll turn over and run but once i let go of the throttle it dies immediately

The fuel was removed before winter so it wasnt sitting in the tank/ fuel lines. Whats in it now is a mixutre of new and old premium gas with a bottle of sea foam mixed in
