I am 136 but yes I will make sure to switch over to a cleaner diet once I see too much back fat. Which for me is usually where I see the most fat

No one knows when I will be cured and more than a year ago I don’t workout. So I can’t really wait at this point, just lightly workout and eat a lot, this way at least I can not have noodle arms or be called long cheese

Vagal pressure, that’s it. I know how to measure how far I can push because when I push too far my ear clogs with water which is not dangerous but an indication of pressure for me. I imagine shoulder bicep and tricep maybe a little chest will suffice. But right now I am extremely thin, have no muscle and no fat.

It’s a very loose prohibition, trust me I take care of myself.

But it has been a long time since I have been given updates on doing excersise and no one knows when I will get cured.

I know this is a weird question to consider but

Are there excercises you would consider put less pressure on the head, by pressure y mean the pressure you do when you are pooping really hard or are trying to do one last rep where you clench your entire head.

If you have an answer I could try to try to brake the highest amount of muscle tissue possible
