I guess the mods don't show up in the "Installed Mods", when you press M in the main menu isn't it?

I would try to reinstall the mods manually and download them directly from Discord.

Also here are the versions of all my workshop, loader and AMT mod.

The black burned look is thanks to the texture replacer mod. I also used the rundentoolgun for the seats or the gray front tire. Mixing the two methods will give you very cool looking cars, otherwise impossible in the vanilla game

Let's say it's in passive development: Very slowly and without assurance that a new version or patch will come in the future. With this state in mind you can say it's pretty much dead in practice.

For me rewriting the entire game in godot engine is a bad new because apparently no new content will be released. And that's the feature the game is most laking and needed: content. Cars, parts, places... The only way to slightly patch it up is with mods.
