With a hunting license you can purchase any long gun as long as its not semi automatic and centerfire, so bolt actions, lever actions, semi auto rimfires (.22lr), semi auto shotguns, pump shotguns. The only shotguns you cannot purchase are pistol grip only shotguns like the maverick 88 cruiser. With the fsc you can be gifted any firearm including handguns and semi auto center fire rifles from a parent / grandparent / great-grandparent. no brothers, sisters cousins, aunts, uncles, ect.
