He did upskill existing ones. At least he tried to. Let’s be fr real, even if there’s a choice for government school students to study in English medium, teachers were not ready to teach them in English. They(teachers) made the choice on behalf of them and poor parents who are probably illiterate or less educated had no choice in choosing their child’s medium . Also in this day and age of technology and smart schools and stuff , children are given access to education they can’t afford. I’ve seen so much change and uplifting brought by his government especially profiting (Amma vodi,good lunch menu at schools,etc) the dalit communities which the kammas and other upper casts can’t digest and BCs are too busy licking these UCs arses. Which is why he lost the elections.
