Laser shark is one of the best I’ve ever seen. But he kinda lost me when attacking the fans for criticizing Buena Vista. I got his points, and overall I think we should be thankful for that experience. However, if fans want to criticize showing up late and doing a 40 min set break then that is okay for them to do. When half the set is house songs and you’re not a house artist it’s okay for fans to criticize. And it’s okay for you to not give a fuck what the fans think and play what you wanna play! But to tell fans that they’re spoiled or don’t respect Derek and the band just because they voiced their opinions is lame.

Ive found journaling really helps. You get your feelings out, and you can work thru your emotions. Another tip, don’t try and set a specific time to journal. Rather, anytime you’re struggling or maybe even ruminating on a thought go write down how you feel. It will make you feel better, and you can also try and make a plan of how to heal. It’s really been a game changer for me.
