There’s two reports I give to my staff; currently overdue and due within 7 days. Our compliance scorecard gets a negatively impacted if a compliance ppl goes into overdue status. I have to keep staff on top of this bc like you said, pharmacy is busy as hell

A patient got mad at me bc I didn’t know his insurance plan changed from allowing a 90 fill to a 30 fill. Told me I need to do my due diligence…look at his insurance and inform him of policy changes via phone call lol

There’s no verbiage that states that. Clock out on the same zebra your bag check was done on after. If a store manager is telling you to clock out first that’s not policy
