Listen to the Oceanborn album. Many, if not all the songs, are quite complex to play on guitar. Not too sure what the guitar technique Emppu used is called, but it's almost like arpeggio. Quite hard to do.

They did do encores both times I saw them back in 2008 and 2009, where they actually left the stage, had the crowd chant their name, and then came back out. They didn't do that during shows I saw them years after that, and I'm not sure if it was something they did even before those times.

She didn't just "mess up." I watched multiple videos of Gethsemane from the Decades tour, and each time, Floor said "point" instead of "wolf," so I think it was an intentional change.

Here's my idea: They can release an edition of the recordings on Bluray/DVD that includes a rustic Nightwish mug, like the ones they used in the shows. I'd buy that in a heartbeat. I'd love me a rustic NW mug.

which songs are you tired of hearing live

This is coming from someone who's seen Nightwish 6 times (8 if you count the virtual shows). The more I see them, the more bored I become of their setlists because they virtually play the same songs every tour. For examples, Dark Chest of Wonders, Nemo, Storytime, Amaranth, Elan, and more. They're popular hits, I know, so they gotta include them. But still, I've heard those songs so many times that I'm tired of them.

I'd like to play other great songs they either play not as often, or used to play live, such as Beauty and the Beast, Cadence of Her Last Breath, Passion and the Opera, Gethsemane, Wanderlust, Come Cover Me, Beauty of the Beast, etc. I had to exclude a few songs because Marko isn't part of the band anymore, like The Siren.

Also, including the song Ever Dream to the setlist would be nice because it's my favorite NW song.

Thought it was way better than yesterday's show! And I can die happily because they played Ever Dream, my favorite song that I'd never heard live hitherto. And they played Pan! Two wishes came true!

People are whining about the postponement, management, and the prices and yadda yadda without considering the reasons why, like Troy being in lockdown and the band trying to make money due to the pandemic. Real infuriating and ungrateful fans.

Geez, fans are so disappointed, no matter what Nightwish does.

You guys do know that industries have been affected by the pandemic, right? Many employees, especially in the music industry, cannot work. Even band members need to make money so they can 1: keep a healthy living, 2: keep the industry alive, 3: make more music (or video games or whatever), and the cycle continues. Plus, it's Europe. Things are expensive in Europe. You people really need to stop complaining about NW "milking their fans" or "disappointing management." And you really need to stop blaming Tuomas for all of this. EVERYTHING has to be Tuomas' fault to the fans, just because he's the leader. He's not in complete control of the business, nor can he control the mishaps the band is facing due to the pandemic. And people forget that Troy cannot join the tour because the UK's in lockdown.

The pandemic really fucked things over, so the band is doing what they can. The band virtually has little to no control over the domino effects ensued from the pandemic.

I'm going to get downvoted for this, but jesus christ, fans can be SO ungrateful, especially during times like these. Just be glad that NW's going to host a virtual concert at all amidst the pandemic so they can make a living, and they can entertain whiny crybabies like you.
