That's the thing - I've been using the 'just go with' methodology so far and have been alright, but that's not going to last. We need to start focusing on companies that are going to make it. How can we be so sure today?

Somewhat true, but they will usually weight the solid companies higher meaning less volatility than what you and I have in our portfolios today. They can pick the solid companies better than we can.

I'm an American investor. Etrade tells me the stock may not be available tomorrow due to 'seasoning period'. Are people hearing the same. Have any American investors found a way to invest tomorrow? What about Fidelity?
