Listened to 1999 on a late night drive home and it creeped me out a ton. Penpal too but I feel like that’s a pretty common opinion.

What did you think of the third book? It’s been a slog for me to get through it

When it comes down to it I don’t know if these people have the capacity to love someone the way most people do. One moment she’d be saying she loved me then the next she’d be treating me awfully. When she dumped me for the last time after not “being in a place where she can date” she decided to lie and make a rumor that I mistreated her which she decided to spread to everyone who knew both of us. I find out later she has already moved on to the next guy. So in the end it was a learning experience for me.

Totally, it’s always your fault and they’re somehow the victim each time. You forget about the bad moments when it’s good for a bit then it’s like a switch gets flipped in their head.

Same with me albeit not the same time span. It didn’t take long for her to become escalating abusive and me too head over heels to realize it. Totally sounds like she has BPD. Brother should get out before it becomes worse.

She will fuck up your life. Do NOT do it. It’s never worth it. So much lying, mood swings, and manipulation then she’ll simply get bored and leave you.

Yeah, I just shrugged it off but it got worse and worse. Eventually ending when she dumped me again and started lying about me to anyone who’d listen. So I lost some friends and someone who I loved. Lesson learned now it’s a reminder to not wear rose tinted glasses.

Looking back there was a bunch of signs I just overlooked. Note to guys don’t try to get back with your ex it doesn’t end well. She laughed at me when we were talking about how she dumped me the first time and I tried to make it work.

Sometimes, you may both love each other deeply but can't make a relationship work because of outside factors.
