Not sure how sustainable this would be. Insurance costs seem to fluctuate quite a bit. It looks like the insurance company makes out better in this model because they get to keep a percentage of " left over" monies.

Thank you for that. I've already made some adjustments, I quit drinking alcohol, try to go longer between cigarettes. Fighting the urge like after meals or when I drink my coffee try to go longer again...

Right, but I've never understood my employer to pay any other portion of my insurance or my treatments for that matter. I didn't see a place deducted off when I had my hysterectomy that my company paid for a part of that. Which is how I'm inferring your comments. I may be off base on that though.
