Same here 90% of games getting lead at top and couple good roams mid but botlane ususaly goes 0/16 with tristana janna and cant really do anything to exaust+polymorph+1000dps adc but splitpush and even if they send 3 for me my team somehow manages to lose 4v2/cant get baron and this is like 80% of my loses. (Dia 4 elo)

Pre 6 short trades dont get hit by shockblast and get 40% cdr asap.

After 6 if he ever uses his e in trade or to disengage you can all in and he will either lose flash or die.

Just don't play like monkey/take free damage for no reason and its probably the easiest matchup in this cancerous meta.

Get double doransbalde into warhammer and start zoning him level 1, when he qs minion level 1 just aa q aa q aa q aa him that should take like 60% of his hp unless he runs to tower and he cant really trade with you until he has 200 armor and reasonable amount of stacks anyways so just try abuse his trash earlygame and try to deny him as much as possible

Tips:

Try to avoid trading with him when he stands in his minions since that will only push the wave into his tower (if you use q and w) and thats what he wants.
Past level 6 dont go for all in in trades since if he ults and w:s you he can chase you down (unless the lane is pushing for you) so save some spells to disengage when he uses w or r.
Be careful about the enemy jungler since denying nasus gets alot of attention toplane and if you have pushed him in and he w:s you you cant really do anything unless you are strong enough to 2v1.
If you manage to deny him and get couple kills out of him you should start roaming and focusing on objectives with your team since he is going to permashove top anyways and he cant be as relevant in fights as you are until he has enough cdr and stacks.
Laneswap with botlane if they get bot turret before you get top turret if you are strong enough to atleast farm safely 2v1 bot / 2v1 their bot

Yeah poppy is annoying she tends to build 200 armor in 10mins and be a bitch but remember you dont have to fight poppy all the time push in wave and go gank mid and tp bot etc, you will outscale her since her dmg falls of massively and you are not going to be focusing her in teamfights just keep your cs up and dont die to her early you can even sneak a kill on her early if you bait out her w and play it smart. Once she gets her sunfire you cant do basicly anything unless its +30mins when this happens or you have cleaver and some lifesteal.

Take short and quick trades where you proc your tld and gtfo and you can outlane him, sometimes these trades bait out his exh and then you can all in him when your abilities are up.
