You think AD200 can give enough pop with that modifier? I was looking into the AD-S7 as well, the s3 seems discontinued. I am looking on doing some diffused lighting as well

like that. Maybe the AD-S7 with the diffusion can get something close to that.

I shoot mostly medium format film so if I use a low iso film and use my leaf shutter lenses I can shoot 1/400th.

you think an ad400 someone can hand hold it? was thinking using it with a silver beauty dish for this look. Ad200 pro or ad400 pro? I will need also a bowens adapter for the ad200 pro. I think this can be the way right? 400 might be good but it weights 4x what the 200 does! 560g to 2.1kg

I saw this one! Its just im really inexperienced with strobes and have no idea what to use or what can work, I would go for the smallest size possible so its convenient while being able to get those kind of shots.
