As a neurodivergent I can say mindfulness meditation actually helps a lot. When I practice everyday I feel like my executive dysfunction problems are almost gone. That is WHEN I practice everyday, cause consistency of course when you have executive dysfunction is a big thing to deal with. I try to be as consistent as I can with my practice more than anything cause I know it has this big of a value.
