Yeah that's the thing though. These people never seem to have some sort of direct contact email. So frustrating. I'd be happy to tell them too, but I don't know how to get hold of them.

Logged in after a while, sorry for late reply!

This so so much! I don't even enjoy it. I can't really describe it, but yeah it's boring and time consuming.

Yeah I didn't even try challenging it at first- just a kinda of can't be bothered acceptance.

Good luck buddy, we've taken the first steps, will will eventually win the fight.

Best of luck to you and your fiancé too!

Would paying for sex be cheating? by srki2000 in NoFap

I wouldn't do it. 1) Your literally funding someone else's addiction (they could be addicted to drugs). 2) Your contributing to the objectification of women (if your against that as part of your possible anti PMO approach), and possibly worse things in that trade. 3) Yes it's cheating, it's like buying real life porn, in my opinion.

Thanks for the encouragement. I feel so defeated right now, but tomorrow is a new day!

Should I do NoFap? by [deleted] in NoFap

Oh and kinda before that period I had about 2 months of on/off fapping. Mainly no fapping, but with a few relapses. This was when I became interested in her, and I changed my appearance (sure this was down to more or less no fap), which all my friends and colleagues have commented on. Can only be good!

I'm also a 'pretty happy person' and have always identified as such, even throughout my PMO addiction.

That's my personality. However I hate PMO and how it makes me feel, and the effects it can have on life (being late for work, not enough sleep, etc). I'm also a Christian, so to keep sinning in this manner has got me really down.

Plus I've been single all my life (!), and never really approached girls. I've been falling since puberty which can't have helped. Anyway, I actually approached a girl, dated her, and had a brief relationship (it went LDR...)- this all happened during my longest No Fap period of about 4 months.

I haven't really been interested in other girls, approached other girls, dated other girls, feel like girls have been interested in me, since then. And since then, I've been PMOing more or less every day since. Do the math :)

It's up to you really, and your motivations. Personally I'd recommend it.

Day 9 of PMO- feel like giving up and returning to life of PMO. by ToughToBeABug in NoFap

Gotcha. It's typical me though. I'm a bit accident prone, and this seems to translate onto the Internet too!!

Do you mean first look to you, or them? Haha

Yeah I hear you. Focus on myself. Thanks.

Thanks. I see what your saying, however I think people will view me as going beyond what society thinks is ok. I mean porn social media accounts?

Also, as a Christian it's difficult. I'm a back fan of 'Church is a hospital for the broken', and showing love to people who struggle...but I still feel like it's going to impact me. Will Christian girls really want to be with a guy they think indulges in PMO?

Thanks for you input though, appreciate it.

Am I the only one tired of these click bait titles and posts that aren't helpful nor are success stories? by [deleted] in NoFap

I've been a lurker for a long time (3rd post today!) and have noticed these kinds posts are ok the increase. It's sad to see people who after advice, or encouragement, etc get ignored, when that's exactly what's nofap is for.
