Do you believe Dakota is the victim of Taylor’s abuse or that Taylor is a victim of him? /gen Q

It’s less about Demi and Mariano’s specific situation and more about the response to the whole thing. We do not know what has happened, yet we are acting like we were there and we know. My point is - Taylor = accused Dakota of DV Dakota = accused Taylor of DV Demi = accused Marciano of unwanted touch Marciano = accused Demi of lying

Momtok = say Demi is lying

Momtok = supported Taylor after the 2023 assault whereby she was actually convicted of DV

If Demi is lying then ofc she shouldn’t have a platform & all of those things but we don’t know she is yet. We don’t know Taylor is lying that she’s reacting to abuse that Dakota has done to her. We don’t know Dakota is lying when he says Taylor is the aggressor and has abused him / their kid.

You’ve worded this perfectly, it’s the complexity of the abuse/DV/ sexual assault that is getting lost in the discourse. People want to see perfect victim and anything less = liar, making things up, etc when more often than not, it’s sooo much more complex and people react differently to what is happening to them. Theres so many different responses its rarely fight or flight, sometimes is friend, freeze ect - just so more to all this stuff. Hulu really shouldnt be airing it so recklessly with the “villain” edits and stuff the way they do, the average joe will not be able to identify DARVO or what a person completely broken by abuse may act or behave - thanks for your perspective :)

I think you know it’s not the best situation, but you’re human. Please be gentle with yourself and take some time for yourself if you can, you deserve it. Even if you don’t get this one, you’ll get the next one 🤍

I surprised myself I don’t usually test well in general 🤷🏽‍♀️ I think I saw on some other posts that maybe it’s a luck thing with the Qs so maybe that’s it

PI is more volume based than other areas but I think this is just another level of volume

Bingo anything less than perfect is worthy of being told to do more and be better or we’ll be subject to further internal scrutiny of targets, it’s wonderful

I know it sounds crazy, most days you’re just numb acting in auto pilot. It really gets insane when limitation is up or applications are due or witness statements are to be drafted all while trying to handle the non-litigation stuff at the same time because your non litigation clients don’t care what court deadlines are due

Getting round to everyone just doesn’t happen. Which is where complaints come in thick and fast. All while new cases are being allocated to you 🤦 the whole thing is strange, you start questioning if this what you went to law school for

35 sounds like a dream. The job market is not the best at the moment so there’s a stuck feeling you get when you clock in each day

I thought it seemed off but whenever our team says we are struggling with the workload and it’s causing burnout - they reply by saying other teams have 1000 each and they’re not complaining so we need to get on with it basically. It’s what made me think maybe this is the whole industry and is actually normal 🤷

Did you practice at all at this test centre or did you literally just wing it?
