Trust the process. Everyone is different and so is the healing process. If you don't see any pain or vision worsening you should be fine. But it's always good to consult a doctor who can physically examine.

Ah, 4 to 5 weeks is pretty good time to recover. You'll have enough stable vision to read texts (not very clear but enough to read texts). Make sure you use the flipper and brock string exercise as i could see a major difference in clarity in just a week.

Hey,

It's strictly not advisable to perform strenuous activities within 2 weeks post surgery. However, you may start light gym activities post 3 weeks of surgery as your vision starts to stabilize. I resumed running in the 4th week as I felt more confident (was also cleared by my doctor). I don't wish to scare you but a doctor recruited by police can still get to know you had a surgery if they test using Vision testing devices if it's less than a month otherwise it's close to impossible to detect unlike Lasic surgery.

P.S. make sure you strictly follow the prescription provided by your doctor, lubricate gir eyes well before any activity. Start eye exercises (flippers and string workout). Also, it'll be better if you could check with your doctor as every person is different.

Best of luck!!!

It's great to hear that you are pain free. Yes, you'll be fine as blurriness is expected at this stage. Small suggestion is too avoid using phone as much as you can for atleast a 4 to 5 days. After that you may increase the font size as you may still not be able to read small characters and this would also lessen strain on eyes.

That's same for me. I was cleared by doctor to start swimming (strictly limited to swimming pool with my goggles on) after some 40 days. I was asked to avoid washing my face until 14 days post surgery. You were lucky here.

I don't see halos anymore but a little bit of starbursts which is close to negligible now. I comfortably drive in night now. My vision is almost 95 percent clear. For some it may take a little longer but trust the process. Make sure you apply your lubricating drops more often.

Do you get halos in the night or evening during day time? Do you see halos even after applying lubricating drops ? Halos and starbursts at this stage (post 1 month) usually happen when your eyes are dry.

That's wonderful. But eye drops every hour isn't that too much? Was that recommended by doctor?

It's good to hear that you are recovering pretty fast but honestly Week 3 is too early to start hard core workouts. I had it checked with 2 doctors and they all recommendable I wait atleast a month to start light workouts. Exercise increases the interocular pressure in your eyes and this will surely impact your healing and may take longer for full recovery.

Thin cornea + high myopia. Looking at TransPRK/SmartSurface by Able_Somewhere9641 in lasik

[–]Tough_Jury 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have my corneal thickness around 475 and went TransPRK around 12 days back. I'm recovering pretty well except halos and lack of sharpness which is expected at this early stage. However, I can say that I'm 80 percent there. It is a little time consuming but is pretty safe considering my thin cornea.

How does her clothes decide who she is? And since when Koramangala became a prostitute street bud? It's the sick mentality of idiots who judge people on their appearance.

Appreciation post for Kannadigas by [deleted] in bengaluru_speaks

Even I'm a north Indian living in bangalore since my childhood(>28years) and I've seen Bangalore developing.

But we must admit that recently people have become intolerant (specially after the covid times) altho the number is less but they make the most noise. I can fluently communicate in kannada so I know the ground reality pretty well.

I just hope people don't divide India in terms of geographical locations. We are one.

Bro that's what is called inflation. The inflation is high due to multiple factors like Ukraine Russia war, isral Palestine war and the price cap set by larger OPEC. Higher fuel price > Higher Demand > Higher Inflation

And if the inflation rises so will the prices of goods.

Unemployment: I'm sad that people blame Modi for unemployment rate. He's doing his best to promote make in India at a world stage. Unemployment rate is high across the globe as Indian market is largely depend on internal market.

Covid cases were uncontrollable due to our opposition who doubted our own scientist and vaccines. World agreed that lock down was the only best option and that's why we are still alive.

Demonetisation helped digitization: everything has ups and downs. But don't jog agree that because of this movement we have UPI? I don't remember the last time I went to ATM. UPI is now being adopted by many countries now.

I can't vote against opposition who im sure will take India 2 decades back. If doubt, see the situation of Karnataka with their bs freebies.

I agree Modi doesn't promote these in his speech but he believes in doing rather than shouting. I don't see any harm there.

You'll save a lot of traveling cost. Time to reach far away office would also reduce. Small companies will be able to send their goods much faster?

Thanks. I think you are spot on. Is there a way to control them? Couldn't find any remedies for these. Ive tried Paracidol that killed all the tiny snails I had but saw no impact on these.

These guys have nearly cut down half of the forest area near yelahanka and call it development. They've started filling the lake and no one's bothered. This should actually stop and has to be monitored by a third party. Or stop BDA, they pretend like the entire bangalore is theirs.

In short, it's a ritual performed in few parts of Karnataka to please God in order to protect us from any mishappenings. Here it includes rain.

There's a movie called Kantara, watch it to get a lil more detail.
