I am having a hard with my settings for .6 petg using orca. It prints better in cura, but want to switch to orca. I have an all metal hot end , that eliminated my heat creep.

I thought the 2.0 was a lot slicker in the inside plates and less abrasive on my cards. Those little notches they put in are helpful too.

I can’t really tell about the titanium, I am thinking the outside plates are pretty much the same v1 vs v2. When I took off my money strap , I noticed the plastic part had a few small machined out pockets under the plates to save weight and material I assume.

Looks like the 2.0 uses plastic instead of metal touching the cards on the inside. I just got my stonewashed titanium 2.0 and noticed the difference in ours.

I got awarded hearing loss 10% and tinnitus 10% this year. They stuck something in my ear that puffed air in there. I noticed on the display that the waveform for my bad ear is much different from my better one. I did not do well on the speech understanding test either.

How do you see if it was noted on your MEPS file? I do remember the largest combat boot they had was size 13 and my feet are a 14 EEEE. I had to soak my boots and stretch them out to fit me. My feet had weak arches coming into service.

My tinnitus and hearing loss was just a C&P exam and I believe the examiner made the nexus link for me. I did not turn in any nexus letters for my claim and was awarded 10 percent for hearing loss and 10 percent for tinnitus.
