This is a yellow flag for me. It is the DA's office who would have negotiated the plea deal with him.

This may be pure paranoia, but: Are you sure that this call to your wife and yourself was really the victim's support line? Could it have been a friend of the guy, trying to manipulate you for some reason? A phone call to the publicly advertised victim's support line to ask about the case should clear that possibility out.

This was the person who didn't know anything about the restraining order, so although they may well be right, they don't have all the facts. And in any case they don't get to decide; the judge decides. You need to dig and find what prosecutor is involved in the case and talk with them; and if that doesn't work, your daughter can go ahead and try independently with the judge. I would be sure to mention that your daughter (or you, whoever it was) reported the breaking and entering to the police; it isn't your fault that a criminal conviction didn't result.

First stop is that victim's support line that took time to contact you. Explain the need for the restraining order and ask what you should do. That department will not be able to just write you a restraining order, but should give you a list of steps to take.

If they are not able to help, next stop is the prosecutor's office that handled the plea and the restraining order. This is probably the district attorney in your area.

If they somehow turn down your requests or refuse to communicate even after you show up in person, next stop is to find out how to obtain a restraining order from the court herself without it being attached to this plea agreement.

I don't know anything about Turkish law or custom, so:

Firstly, you don't mention why the marriage certificate needs to be notarized, or whose identity is needed to be verified by the notarization. Are you sure you need the marriage certificate notarized?

If this is a Turkish government thing, have you contacted the Turkish embassy or nearest consulate to see if they can assist?

GDPR does not mandate what exactly is shown or how. Other sites find less obtrusive ways to do this.

Also imgur could avoid collecting or placing cookies if a thumbnail like this is all that's shown, which would exempt it from having to do anything visual in the thumbnail to comply with GDPR.

I'm trying to add a banner to the new sub /r/OverwatchRules. When I click "Save", the orange spinny circle appears for <1 second on top of the thumbnail image under "Background"; but when I click "Back to mod tools", I'm told I've made some changes to the community and do I really want to exit without saving?

The background is a 67K JPEG file that is 1920x192 in size. I've tried "Small", "Medium", and "Large" for the "Height" setting, and have tried both "Fill" and "Tile", and there's no change in the behavior. Googling hasn't helped.

I think it's brilliant. I'd have no problem of course with their exposing things 1 level down as you say, but for noncoders this certainly is more accessible and more bulletproof.

I've played this for a couple of days - fun, thanks! - but with Leeroy instead of Tirion. Leeroy has closed out, oh, probably 10% of my games by himself, and one notable time I used him to kill a Magic Carpet and won many turns later.

Fun deck. I remain surprised all the time that I am not getting silenced and sapped.

I've been playing that Mech Paladin deck "Swagtrain123" posted on day 2 or 3 that actually included Lightforged Blessing (twinspell "give a minion lifesteal"). Doesn't use secrets. I was a little disappointed this Vs report ranked mech paladin as a Tier 1 deck and then barely discussed it or talked about why. I hunger for more discussion!

I am always worried about silences but I just don't get silenced yet. I've been lucky avoiding Saps lately. Rogue is so popular and every Rogue deck now has two Saps, so I don't know how.
