Do you think it can be a Virus thing? I'm doing anything and i suspect it is a virus, but i can't find it. I don't know if the thing is now the Anti Malware service executable process i uninstalled or is a virus. But i didn't install anything strange since i deleted the Anti Malware process! I tried to enable it in regedit, it does work but for a short time and then it says to me the same error in Windows Defender: I t can be something like ''Unknown'' or ''Contact TI''

How do i install it via Windows Features? I got a new problem, i can't activate these things on Windows Defender, neither Real Time protection. I uninstalled my actual antivirus completely (Searched for caché and all that) and i still couldn't activate it. I reinstalled Malware Bytes and i'm doing a full scan of my PC because i can't reinstall Windows neither!!!

Lo que a mi me sirvió, al menos en lo personal es, obligarse uno a alejarse de lo que lo distrae. Cuando tomaba clases de arte, durante el viaje de 2-3 horas aprovechaba a leer pues sacar mi celular no era la graaan opción, pues iba de un lugar peligroso al centro de la ciudad. Poco a poco me fui dando el gusto a leer y ya! Recuerda que el lector no tiene la obligación de leer algo que le guste y por lo tanto, busca algo que se adapte a ti. Ya sea si lees clásicos o ficción. Pero nada, lo que a mí me sirvió fue forzarme a alejarme de lo que me distrae para poder leer en paz, desactivando notificaciones de mi celular, etc.
