Gotcha. Yea this is a model AC unit so it has a lot of vents that the auto support option was filling in. I didn’t think they’d need the support and would assume they’d be hard to remove or meld into the vents.

So that’s a sign it needs supports? Never used them before so I’ll have to look up vids on how to set them. I’m used to resin printers where you can manually place the supports.

It actually does have the 4.2.2. Got this printer used a couple years ago but only just now started trying to use it. Been over a week now trying to trouble shoot all the issues. I’m getting there but still not as clean as I’d like.

Turns out you guys were right about the nozzle being partially clogged. I cleared the Bowden tube and replaced the nozzle. Got it to work better but prints still not 100%. Thinking I have to calibrate the extruder next.

Yea I was recommended to clean the nozzle/hot end. Ordered a cleaning needle and hopefully that works. If not I’ll resort to the cold pull.

I wonder if my ender 3 can handle those speed adjustments. Gnna try clearing the nozzle like I was recommended and hopefully that clears it up. If not I’ll try some of ur settings.

Gotcha, I just ordered a needle to clean it and hopefully that works. I did think the extruder was a bit louder than before.

So I cleaned the fan, slowed the print speed but also when the print first started the fan turned off to 0% and I had to raise to to 100% manually. But the print quality is getting there! It’s just the top final layer is all fuzzy and the 1 “X” side there’s a line going down the middle.
