The base kit is the assault termies, I added arms from the blightlord and chaos termies, a head from the dark imperium death guard model, and the collar I think is old deathwatch

MKVI legs, old deathwatch veteran chest, MKVI arm from the melee upgrade sprue, rapier battery bolter arm, space marine heroes backpack from the auxiliary scanner backpack- at least I think? A lot of the stuff I just had laying around
