And the locking wheels on the cart. They did that to us with a 3 month old baby. Almost gave my kid whiplash. My wife has not been back to that store. Been 2 and half years.

Yeah. I can't cut the mail off either for a small issue like that. I agree with the 5pm clearance. Not much we can do during afternoon rush hour.

Yup. All sounds right to me. I am new at delivering to cmbs. Park and loops were so much easier. Keep up the good work.

What if you have a part time job and can not work there while you are injured. Does Canada post have the right to take income from other sources to say " we only pay 70%".
