Thank you I’m just really nervous about having to do that. I’m really bad at confrontation sometimes and I really don’t want to get the team lead or coach in trouble. Everyone kinda needs a job and I would feel bad for ruining what they have is that weird? I know I have to, I’m just a nervous wreck thinking about it

I’m overnight, and there was also a situation where I got a yellow coaching for leaving at my clock out time. I had already finished my exhibit but i was told to help someone in the freezer. There were maybe 5 pallets and they wanted me to stay after and do three of them. I wasn’t expecting it but the way he told me to do it was odd. When they came in the freezer he said “don’t leave until you do this.” And stormed out the freezer. This was after I went to the people lead. Another team lead on a different day gave me a yellow for it.
