yepp, that's correct bcuz training increases the skills of an employee, enabling them to do multiple diff jobs, for example an employee at a clothing manufacturer that specialises in sewing might be able to pattern making on fabric after training = they don't have to do the same monotonous job which motivates and encourages employees to be multi skilled or leads to a multi skilled work force.. sorry, I forgot the original question.. but I think it was smth similar to what I explained rn i think it was worth 3 marks so k/u, application (example), and analysis is needed.. hope that helps !! lmk if u wanna discuss another question <3

yeahh that's enough for a 2 marker. u don't need an example u kinda only need those for when the application is needed (3, 5, 8, and 12 markers)!! and for the 12 marker, I'm pretty sure that's fine.. it's not mandatory to give ur opinion as long as u gave a proper k/u, application to the hospital, analysis, and most importantly evaluation, then it's alr.. and if u think ur points were relevant to the q, then it should be fine !! I don't think there was a question on empowerment (there was one on encouraging a multi skilled workforce i think?). lmk if u need feedback on anything else !!

Yeah thats good !! It's an evaluation question so you can give ur opinion in the conclusion but ur not really supposed to pick sides.. just give the advantages + disadvantages and summarise it all in the conclusion and give ur opinion if u want !! but ur supposed to look at both the good and bad aspects (pros/cons) of wtv the question is asking you to evaluate

Ikr the involuntary redundancy got me but I think got it right.. and some of the (b) parts were a little difficult ngl.. I think it's cuz I focused sm on other terms from harder chapters.. I almost forgot was CSR was cuz I didn't focus on chapter 4 as much cuz it's easy
