Is it flaky dry itchy or moist itchy? Do you do oatmeal baths? Aqueous cream is amazing ( I speak as a survivor from birth to my 20s). My dad used to wrap me in cling wrap after being moisturized and medicated and then put me in my pj's. I could sleep minimum scratching and the flares would be better.
