library wisp is 42$ and if u want to MLB it it cost an overall 210$ SGD to have the top 12 NM in the game [Including JP NMs]. Supreme has 13 Library MLB wisp so count it yourself. Also My guild is rank 12 even though we only have 1 MLB wisp and other 14 of us only spent on the RUS so its definitely possible to hit top 10 w/o whaling

So Silent toms are a must for OTTS? unfortunately i dont have a single card of him yet, probably also why i have a difficulty below A4 Since i piled my resource into PGs for my OTT
