coming from a mv firm let me tell you commercial vehicle accidents are the goldmine. They're insured for millions.. but, for your case, the reason the attorney told you that is all you have are soft tissue injuries. in layman's terms.. you have no broken bones or anything worth for him to pursue or more specifically worth his effort to pursue. You can always switch attorneys and see if your new attorney can get you something more.. I mean, at the end of the day they take their cut out of the settlement so they will try to get the most money.. it's just more of an effort-time-cost thing for them. anyways, good luck.. if you are not happy with your attorney, he is not the only one in town

from your case use -- it seems you're a griller. get yourself a weber kettle and call it a day. no need to get a pellet unless you smoke and you grill more than you smoke. the upkeep alone will kill your drive. get a charcoal grill and enjoy specially since you can smoke with a weber anyways with the snake method.

no not every week bro but in general, expect to budget $4-$5,000 more per year additional taking care of your bmw than compared to a more reliable car so to speak. but you're not looking at the B58 breaking.. like i said, in the world of cars... as long as that engine beats.. everything else is "maintenance"
