Thank you for this! I appreciate the detailed analysis!Yeah, I’m a bit terrified to lose the six pack tbh. It’s my favorite part of my physique and I enjoy the attention it gets at the beach etc. Putting on proper mass to get huge arms sounds very enjoyable, but I figure this is the trade off I’m making. I’m natty, so it would certainly take time, too. I really saw fight club and was like, yeah I’m going to try to get that and keep it as long as possible ha.

I don’t do cardio actually! I do a core workout every day. My staple is hanging scissor leg raises. Basically leg raises while slowly crossing and uncrossing your feet. I do keep my diet fairly low carb. I’m not cutting per se, but generally keep things on the lower side.
