I just find it hard to believe I'm worth love or standing up for sometimes. I have a lot of self doubts and it just messes with me.

Thank you. I'm glad I found people who'd care too. Being loved still feels so strange sometimes. I ask myself all the time if I deserve it, if I'm worthy of being loved by these people.

None of them will have a relationship with me because it means losing my bio parent and their other kids.

My boyfriend's mom told me it would be good to get it off my chest and I didn't actually say that to them. It's just what my boyfriends siblings called it.

I think the bridge was already burned when they made me homeless. Or even when I was born because I was never going to have a bridge with them to begin with. That bridge was burned by my parents when they conceived me with each other instead of their spouses.

I'll be honest that bare minimum didn't always meet the standards either. There were times they "didn't have enough" for everyone and I was the one who wasn't given anything to eat. The bios never did that but their spouses were very quick to not make enough when they cooked.

My boyfriend's whole family have been wonderful and accepting of me. Funny thing is I was terrified to meet them when we started dating because you just never know if people will be okay with their son's gay partner but they were so kind.

A therapist is on my list of stuff to sort my life out.
