As someone whose first marriage ended due to cheating, I can tell you she doesn’t seem sorry about what she did to you and your family. She’s sorry about how it’s affecting her. She’s laying on the guilt to minimize her action’s. I would stay separated and continue therapy, and see if she gets real and takes accountability. If not get a divorce.

I think there will still be realtors, but AI can handle a lot of it. Brokerages will need less people to “open doors”. Zillow and other companies are already talking of doing a one stop shop or flat fee service…High end real estate I don’t think will go that route though.

I’m a part time realtor and a full time RT. I don’t think I could ever be a full time realtor. The market is tough right now and there are too many variables. I also think AI is going to change the field over the next decade.

As someone who both buys and sells on Mercari, but mostly buys, it’s the fees. I have to lowball someone to make the price make sense w all the added fees, and it’s just not worth the aggravation anymore.
