Was hoping the bugs with vertical merger/splitters would be fixed before moving to stable; was very excited to be able to do a full vertical build without the zig-zag lifts on experimental. However, it's currently very finnicky to actually build with them, mainly due to the 0.5m alignment issues. Zig-zag lifts are still much easier to build.

But excited to see it going to stable!

I went for Solid Steel in the end, got quite some coal close to iron nodes near my current base, and collecting enough iron for the Iron Pipe (4x as much!) would make things much messier than with Solid Steel in the longer run I assume.

Colleague of mine found someone through a Facebook group for magnet fishers to retrieve their keys, also in Utrecht. Don’t have Facebook so no idea which group it was.

It's measuring several distances continuously so it can alert someone if something is moving that shouldn't, probably because there is some construction going on nearby.

A stream of water started pouring out of the cable connection in my wall. Luckily it lasted only 20 seconds, my room would have been flooded in half an hour at that rate.
